Cheap flights from Chicago to Paris

July 12, 2026

Chicago to Paris takes about eight and a half hours. The cheapest seat we currently see is $258, and Air France and United anchor the route with an overnight schedule that lands you in Paris in the morning, with the whole day still ahead of you.

The cheapest window is the winter shoulder, roughly late October to March, holidays aside. Skip August. The city thins out as locals leave, but fares and hotels stay high. For the best mix of weather and price, aim for May or September.

Charles de Gaulle connects to central Paris by direct train in around thirty-five minutes. Once you are there, Barcelona is a cheap two-hour onward flight, so a two-city trip is easy to build: start with the Paris city guide, then check Barcelona for the add-on.
